Jack is back! This time he's taking a vacation in the Caribbean to get his revenge on the sheriff and his deputies.
Take everything from the first (ridiculous fun, corny dialogue, bad one-liners, bad acting, dumb plot...) multiply it by two and you get Jack Frost 2: The Revenge of the Mutant Killer Snowman. I mean just with the title you know what you're getting into.
I liked the baby critters and Jack sure has a lot of powers in this one he feels like an X-Men. We get more kills but they weren't as good as the first and too much CGI. If it wasn't for that I think I would prefer it to the first it's just so much silly fun!
