I this was a decent movie.

Surprisingly good, for an overworked genre. Despite the zombie and the gore, it's not a frightening movie. It's more of a character study of this particular Final Girl.

This movie reminds me of the actress Gauge ... kinda disgusting but well worth watching.

The best part of the movie was in the first 15 minutes - it was even what the movie was named after.

But after that scene, you might as well give up - there isn't anything else as funny, and for the last 30 minutes I was watching the clock and hoping it would have 20 minutes of credits

It is a failed movie. the original idea gave much more of itself. it is a pity

The first period zombie movie - and no, before you mention Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, that isn't the period I'm referring to! The movie isn't awful, but it ends up being something you have seen before, a cross between Day Of the Dead and It Follows, but not as good as either of those two films. Nice scenery, however!

It's a zombie movie that doesn't know what it wants to be. It's far too episodic, and the main character is to much of an annoying flake to root for. Some things are well done though, and it would probably be better suited as a short. Like the themes in the middle point where it seems like the "chase" is an allegory for keeping yourself going, and staying strong. But they flub those interesting things with preposterous happenings. In the end it's just another useless zombie movie in a horde of competitors.

I totally agree with the other comment that was already made, in that this movie could have (and probably should have) ended a lot sooner than what it did, what started out as quite a quirky and fun little movie, soon just turned into a bit of a drag, there was no reason to prolong the ending, and in the end it just got to the point where silliness overdid the quirks.

I will give a special shout out to Brittaney Allen as Molly who's acting skills were really solid, and whilst I felt the plot was overdone her acting stayed consistent and actually became better in the latter stages of the movie. Overall its an okay movie, it's one of those you'll watch on the sofa, not grumble at wasting your time but nothing you'll be talking about or particularly remember the next day.

This movie kind of takes the premise of "The Horribly Slow Murderer with the Extremely Inefficient Weapon" and applies it with a zombie and does this really well up until the midpoint where it's starts to get a lot less inspired. Just like with Extraterrestrial there seems to have been an issue with finding an ending... and here we had like 3 or 4 moments where it could have ended only to be extend further to spoon feed everything we already know with no value added to the character arc... If you turn off the movie at the point you feel this is the end it would probably be more enjoyable ;)... I put my rating nicely as I still liked the premise quite a bit.
I also want to note that both Brittany Allen and Juan Riedinger deliver strong performances which really help to sell the movie.
