I'm Alan Partridge follows the eponymous Alan Partridge, a tactless and inept radio DJ and television presenter, after he has been left by his wife and dropped from the BBC after the events of his chat show. The show follows Partridge as he lives alone in a roadside hotel and presents a graveyard slot on local Norwich radio, all the while desperately pitching ideas for new television shows.
