Terribly boring and stupid. Not funny at all.
This films tells the story of 4 single woman. Alice, who decides to take a break from her boyfriend to find out what being single really means, and to find out if she truly wants to be with Josh (her boyfriend). Lucy is dedicated to all the online dating sites and made up a whole theorie to find the perfect man. Meg, Alice her sister, who’s a doctor and has delivered more than 3000 babies, always told herself she doesn’t want children until she finally realizes she actually does. The only thing is, there is no man in her life. And last but not least, Robin who is basically just loving single life.
I didn’t have too much expectations, but I think it’s fair to say that it’s kind of the standard comedy movie. AKA it’s funny, I enjoyed it and it surely wasn’t a waste of time or anything like that, but it’s not the most original movie you’ll see. But you know, I really enjoy these movies so I’m not complaining, haha.
The movie was very fast paced, I wouldn’t have mind to get a bit more details or information about certain things (on the other hand though, that’s how I feel about a lot of movies). But this one really left out some “might have been interesting” information, and once the movie was over that kind of frustrated me.
I really enjoyed the cast and all the characters. Rebel Wilson was once again incredibly funny. It was also fun to see Jason Mantzoukas and Damon Wayans Jr. again and it’s always a pleasure to have Anders Holm to look at, if I may add. I did feel like Leslie Mann, Alison Brie and Dakota Johnson were just their standard characters (I know same goes to almost all the other actors, but still).
So, not much new about this movie but fun nonetheless. :-)
Total snoozefest. Dakota is so boring as an actress.
I thought this movie was going to be a cliché romantic/comedy movie. But I was surprised. It's actually good. Instead of being like "oh we break up" and then she sleep with a lot of guys and finally understand that the guy she had a long relationship was the love of her life. that's NOT this movie. this is WAY better than that.
The only good thing about this film was Rebel Wilson. She was funny the whole time. The rest of it was just boring and not really funny at all. It was just the same tired typical issues in every other romantic comedy. Also, I found the Alice character to be kind of a jerk. She had a good guy and she dumps him to take a break and then she realized what a good guy he was only after he was with someone else. And yes, eventually he did a jerk thing too so he wasn't all that great after all, but I just found it hard to like her and I just didn't care.

This was okay. Kind of a hodgepodge mix of a handle of love stories not long enough to get their own movie. I did enjoy everyone's performance though and it was funny. I liked how it ended too.
Overall rating 5/10. I went into this movie with too much expectations. I thought it would be one of those comedies where you get to see something different that you can really laugh about. This was not like that. It was not about how to be single. the majority of the movie dealt with the typical issues we all have seen before in other romantic comedies ie. relationship issues, going to the club and meeting someone, your party girl in the mix, someone finding happiness and then the main character "deciding" to be alone because the relationships she was in did not work out. Throughout the movie you get a few things to chuckle about and then it's done. It was too predictable and seemed a lazy attempt. Marketing and glitters!!

Dumb but has its charms. The cast is unbelievably random and Anders as a playboy is a weird choice. It seems like no one could decide the tone this movie was supposed to have so each actor feels like they're in their own movie. Despite this, they all have good chemistry and it's a watchable if flawed way to kill time.
Started nicely then went meh all the way.
I really had no special expectations going into this movie but I was surprised how good it was. Rebel Wilson's always good for a laugh (even though she'll always be Fat Amy) and Dakota Johnson is just perfection. It definitely was not your typical rom-com.
Occasionally amusing but this is a mostly predictable and sexist comedy.
I'm too much like Alice, we are the same. a desire to find a love, but getting to know someone just forget everything I want.

uh waw, didnot expect that, amazingly good movie and i like Rebel in her movies becuz she act sooo normal, it's like they're filming her daily life not an act. either way it's good movie for broken hearted people as well :)
Boring actors with the worst voices playing boring characters with worse voices in a boring story.
Congratulations, Hollywood. You finally managed to make a movie in which I do not like a single character out of the entire cast.
Although am fan of such romcoms i didn't enjoy it that much, it had no story no plot and everything was just not believable for such a movie.
