Green Lantern: First Flight 2009

Of all the animated DC films I have watched recently, this feels pretty average. It was reminiscent of watching animated tv shows back in the day and I enjoyed it, but I also wouldn’t outwardly recommend this one as a feature film to check out.

This animated version and iteration of Hal Jordon's start as a Green Lantern was much better than the live-action movie.

All of GL's animated stuff is freaking awesome, including the comics. This is by far the most interesting character in all of comics, or should I say characters, since GL is like 3 diffferent people on earth and thousands of others throught the galaxy. But to be honest, this is the weakest of all the animated stuff with GL, but it still totally rocks.

Origin story, overly evil Sinestro, no character development, plain and primitive. Has it's redeeming points, but compared to "Emerald Knights" and "Green Lantern: The Animated Series", wish I had skipped that one.
