Passes the time - Helms and Wilson are always fun to watch - but my funny bone remained untickled.

This movie is really good if you like funny movies and feel good movies u will love it !! It worth a watch !!!!!

An overlong, forgetful, and not that funny comedy.

This is the kind of movie you would throw on when you're hungover and you just need background noise.

I don't understand the appeal of Ed Helms.

Before you say anything, I know you're thinking "Oh great! Just another Owen Wilson movie" and I wouldn't blame you, because you're not wrong. As good as the supporting actors were in this, it still doesn't take anything away from what the core fundamentals of this movie are. Father Figures is centered around two brothers in search across the east coast of North America for their father who they never met.

I can't kick it, although there is nothing extraordinary about this movie, as it has its usual dilemmas and issues throughout as an attempt to try and keep the audience entertained. Even so, this movie makes me feel like as the years go on, Hollywood is losing ideas as to how to produce original content. I thought to myself several times throughout this movie "Oh, I this same thing happened in this movie and that movie".

Though, in the end of this slightly long movie, you will walk away with a few good laughs and feeling happy and bubbly, and the football fanatics will feel warm with the supporting actor of Terry Bradshaw.

I really enjoyed this road trip quest of comedy, love and all around feel good movie. I loved the father characters, made the humour also good chemistry from both (owen wilson) and (ed helms) all the way through.

i rarely watch these kinds of movies anymore, since i dont have a tv. but i just wanted something simple to watch to turn off my brain for a bit, and i liked it better than expected. the movie had some sexist/disrespectful parts where the guys talked about having sex with women. it has some funny scenes that made me laugh by the sheer absurdity of them. surprisingly it also had a lot of heart portraying the two brothers relationship and how they reconnect with each other and their mom and what this means for their family.
