Not the best superhero movie I've ever seen but not the worst either. It was a quick fun popcorn movie with decent effects. Shallow characters and corny dialogue are front and center here but who cares? Its supposed to function as eye candy anyway.
I don't care if it's nostalgia, but I love this movie so much! Still better than the reboot...

IMO this movie did actually age unexpectedly well. It doesn't excell but overall I quite like it :)
It can be a bit weird but it's kinda a nice mix of action, superpowers, fun/comedy, Sci-Fi, love, etc.
And of course a Stan Lee cameo is always nice to see (again).
4 the times the lameness.
Movie starts out okay, but then quickly declines. Little action, more concentration on the people and their "come of age" story. There are some wild transitions. One scene you're in space being hit by the solar radiation, and next you're back on earth.
Cast was good, but the content was lacking
well it's better than the latest attempt but that's not saying a whole lot I think Ben and Johnny are perfectly cast I didn't care so much for Sue Doctor Doom was poorly handled the movie didn't have enough action for a superhero movie in my opinion overall just not that great
All early 2000s superhero movies have that one vibe they just snug themselves into. Just an all round feel good go happy go cry movie. Also this was definitely a get to know us type, by the end I thought there was barley any action but it was fair for teasing a number 2.

I know this is hated, but I think it has a little bit of the 2000's charm to it. The story is a bit scattered and very cheesy, but Chris Evans as Johnny is great casting.

Expected more from a Marvel superhero movie but still ok. Would've been better with more action and special effects.
It’s clobberin’ time! Fantastic Four brings one of Marvel’s most beloved comics to life in a fun and exciting action-adventure film. While visiting the Von Doom space station, a group of astronauts are exposed to cosmic radiation that gives them extraordinary abilities. Jessica Alba, Michael Chiklis, Chris Evans, and Ioan Gruffudd makeup the Fantastic Four and give solid performances. Additionally, the special effects are pretty good (with on one or two exceptions), and the score is powerful and dynamic. With a lot of solid action and a fun, lighthearted tone, Fantastic Four is truly fantastic.
The film is goofy. Yet feels more like the comics than the 2015 movie.
Most of this movie was just them fighting between themselves instead of fighting Dr. Doom. Some of the character interactions were good but a lot of stuff was either weird or didn't make any sense. We are spoilered with the comic book movies today.

Surprisingly good and very entertaining! I can only recommend this flick if you like action flicks. Of course it is no X-Men or Batman, but the decent special effects, a fast-pacing & fun plot as well as its honest declaration of what it wants to be makes the "Fantastic Four" what it is: a rock-solid comic-based action movie!
