The performances are great, with special mention to rising young actor Grazer. However, despite an intriguing setup, the movie doesn't deliver. Everything is fine up until the ending which didn't really ring true. A shame, because while the movie is pretty good, it could have been a lot better.

The film raises interesting questions and effectively captures the dark atmosphere. However, it's a bit disappointing that the security guard doesn't come up with the obvious solution to climb out of the hole by pressing his back against the wall. Overall, though, it's a successful film.

I love it when a thriller manages to be good without having over the top violence, explicit useless sex or stupid romance and b-plots. I really thought Matt and Randy would be one of those villainous antagonists without any quality or complexity, but it turned out that they had character arcs with a rounded and human resolution.
Didn't enjoy it us much. The premise was good, it also has a twist but it fails to deliver the atmosphere, the story and the whole movie. Pretty mediocre, with an awful ending. I really preferred to have the mom slipped by accident inside the pit. Now that will be good ending.

This was horrific. Hammy performances from all involved with every character being unlikeable and an over-the-top caricature of their main characteristic. Nothing in here is redeeming or worthy of the runtime, even the central "twist" is telegraphed so openly it's barely a twist at all. I'm not even sure why I stuck this one out until the final credits. Don't waste your time, skip this.
