Certainly was a gory film!
So the actor playing Franson (the extra creepy murderer) was fantastic! He was great and his character had some of the best lines. Overall the plot wasn't thought out very well and the movie is visually very dark and irritating with the flashing lights. The gore was well done and I could actually clearly hear the vast majority of the dialogue (rare in a horror movie). Might be worth watching once for some people.
Once it's revealed that it's just vigilantes the movie really doesn't make sense. The vigilantes cause the cop car and ambulance to careen off the road so each person with a grudge can kill their particular nemesis. But... one of the cops dies in the crash. So they've already ruined the personal vengeance for one of them. Did you not think that someone would die in a massive crash like that? The fact that none of the cops, or the EMT when she has a gun, manages to shoot a single vigilante is rather unbelievable. Also the fact that Aiden didn't seem to recognize the father of the girlfriend he killed was very weird. There are a bunch of other minor plot points that didn't make much sense either. Uh, and the very ending where Melanie is revealed to gasp have killed the children of the main guy and the late arriving car driver, (and her own kid) but doesn't remember it. At all. Even the car driver states something like "I can't believe they let you be an EMT again after the horrible drunk driving accident, where you killed a bunch of kids, just because you don't remember it." Well yeah, um, when you had the actor say that out loud it never occurred to you how epically stupid that sounds? It does seem far more likely they had the wrong person. The movie ended with me thinking they had just killed an innocent woman because the vigilantes didn't do their homework. Also, the car driver seemed very happy having (maybe) gotten her vengeance but doesn't seem to care that her husband is likely dead. She just drives away. Alrighty then.
If you're expecting this film to be actually scary -- save your time, it's not, it is creepy-ish in the first third of it and just gory for the rest of the time. But nevertheless, I actually enjoyed it, loved the use of the coloured lights and the music was lovely. Kris Loranger as Franson was very entertaining to watch, he made me chuckle. Just a light, fun film!

Badly done in so many ways. Cringeworthy in the worst way. Couldn’t believe these characters said and did such ridiculous things. How did the filmmakers think this was good?
