Like small talk at a neighbor's dinner party, there are too many characters, none of them has anything to say and you're not going to get any action.
I see there are more episodes in this series (25!?) than there are Bond films, which would explain why the quality of the story is that of a sub-par Saturday morning cartoon.

Very interesting movie about the MagLev. Love the fact that they used the scientific term "Quench" to explain the explosion. Also, the shot from Akai from Nagoya to Tokyo was the highlight of the movie. At first sight a bit unrealistic, but in anycase very cool.
