Has all the ingredients of a decent horror... the director of Jeepers Creepers, Tobin Bell from the Saw franchise, spooky old house, hanging trees, black goop, axe wielding guardians... should be a classic right? Wrong. Gets sillier and sillier until you become bored with the whole thing.
