This is really just an extended episode of Curb or it feels like it at least. I ended up cringing more than laughing, unfortunately.
Curb Your Enthusiasm if it was a movie. Always happy to see Larry anywhere!
Curb Your Enthusiasm is one of my favourite comedies but while I love the humour, it did not translate very well to this film. It's occasionally funny but Larry David didn't need to play the same kind of character made famous in CUrb.
Larry David is the man.

I'll come right out and say it - I've never been a Larry David fan. I know that I am in the minority in that I have never gotten through a single episode of Seinfeld. Curb Your Enthusiasm? Not a fan. Both shows just seemed to formulaic. Anyway, this film was just ok. Despite the mediocre reviews I had hoped for a better film given the stellar cast - I should know better. It did bring things around in the end. It's a breezy movie that you'll forget before the credits roll but sometimes that is ok.

If you like Curb you’ll love this film. Great set of actors you’ll find at one time or another on Curb. I loved this movie, and it is a great, light watch. Must watch again!
