Very dull unfortunately. The movie is essentially three stories told by the mice about life in the palace after Cinderella and the prince married. And, none of the charm or magic from the first movie is present. These tales truly may have been much more interesting in a children’s story book. But as a film, it does not hold up. The animation is admittedly better then the first. But in a way that is a bit superficial. I much prefer it in the original movie. And, the third story wasn’t so bad. The idea was a good one. But it was still fairly pale.

The film had some interesting ideas. But it simply didn’t hold up in a theatrical form.

Absolutely pointless.

I'm always up for follow-ups as I enjoy seeing characters get further development. That, however, doesn't happen here. This is annoyingly broken up into three short stories, which are just barely cobbled together by the Fairy Godmother (Russi Taylor) and the mice. It's as if they decided to make a sequel before coming up with a premise for it.

Of the storylines they show-off, only one is directly about Cinderella herself - and it's an entirely unnecessary and predictable one. The others, regarding two characters from the preceding production, are simply dull. As are the voice cast, with Jennifer Hale in the leading role.

The animation is fine if a little cheap on the eye, while the music is forgettable. Not much humour, either. 'Cinderella II: Dreams Come True' is sequelitis in a nutshell.
