Paul obviously never watched Kill Bill Volume 2 when Uma Thurman punched her way out of a coffin.
A 3 million pound budget for this? That's the real mystery of the movie.
This was an opportunity for a character to say some really thought provoking monologues and explore all kinds of areas of thought yet they still tried to keep it hollywood. It's hollywood in a box.
It was a good film, it just didn't hold my attention for too long, as obviously he was in the box for the whole film. Quite dark too and hard to figure out what's happening at times.
Do yourself a favor and just watch Frank Darabont's 1990 film Buried Alive.
i started watching this movie a while ago and got like a 3rd way through it and got bored with it. Months later, today actually i figured ill give it a shot and finish it. It was better than i have expected
This is so fucking boring, my girlfriend and me just laughed at the movie for being so freaking bad. One angle in one movie? Comon, you just sit there and wait for something to happen.
not my cup of tea!
Great movie. One of Ryan Reynolds best performance so far. And i did not expect that ending.
Don't forget to check out 127 hours as well as Frozen to lesser extent.

Pretty good, but sometimes boring. I started the movie years ago, but never finished, so I gave it another shot when I came across it. Didn't hate it but didn't love it either.

Buried by Ryan Reynolds:
A powerful and haunting film that immerses you in the nightmare of being buried alive, leaving you gasping for air and clinging to the edge of your seat. With a masterful performance by Reynolds, this movie takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions that will grip you from start to finish. Be warned, this film will leave an indelible mark on your psyche, illuminating the very nature of fear and the fragility of life itself.
Buried is a unique movie with a thrilling plot. While the concept may seem far-fetched, the execution is done in a way that makes it somewhat believable. However, there are some aspects that are unrealistic, and you'll notice them if you watch the film closely. The movie's twist ending is simply crazy and unexpected, and the movie's confined setting only adds to the tension and suspense.
A lot of ideas that they had were wrong, like for the entire film I was "Turn off that fucking lighter bro the oxygen is not unlimited, you don't need it right now" or the snake sneaking inside the box and all that mess that he made, but overall it's a fine movie

WHAT WAS THAT?!?!
kept my interest through the whole movie and then the ending dropped off and was so unsatisfying. ryan reynolds, as always, did a fantastic job with this movie. a single man in a tiny box for 94 minutes is a hell of a limitation but he managed to pull it off and keep me engaged. this was a good movie, but it could've been great with an alternate ending.
It's Ryan Reynolds in a box for 90 minutes. What more do you need? Worst thing is he doesn't make it out :( .
OMG. this movie is insane!
i felt depressed after watching this fuckin' movie, so thank you Ryan.
Some plotholes, but a pretty good movie. And call it boring or brave, but I like the fact they made the movie with just one very restricted location.

pretty awesome performance by ryan reynolds. i mean.. it's 1 guy for 90 minutes in a box. that's crazy they got such a respectable movie out of that.
that said, i now have a healthy size fear of being buried alive.
