Like most pseudo-future stories, the budget also doesn't support properly clothed female actor - made worse by one of them being an actual stripper, so we had extended sets of unrelated (but presumably cheap to make) stripping.
Some of the fighting was pretty awful - I had assumed that most stunt men had at least some basic martial arts training, but this movie proved me wrong
Theres no discernible relationship to the rest of the series (apart from some rubbish script writing). And even Don Wilson has gone
