Doesn't quite deliver a knockout blow, but this is still a movie worth seeing. Miles Teller proves yet again that he's one of the best actors of his generation, and the script hits all the right notes right up to the end. As much as I hate the sport of boxing, I still admire the real life Vinny who battled against the odds to get back in the ring.
8/10
Good boxing movie.
The pace at the beginning of the movie was fast, after that it became slow, almost to slow. But the movie got back on to the right pace.
The story is amazing, no incredible!
Miles teller played amazing, the rest of the cast was also very good but miles sticks out.
Boxer comes back from injury- nice family tale mixed with motivation
While it's formulaic and can be cliché, it's still a solid boxing movie. It's quite the recovery story, and Teller does a great job playing this very charming dude.
Just your average boxing film, but not much inspiring has you would get in most good sport films. Strong cast. Over all good film, and it kept me entertained.
Good Biography. Not great though. Could have been far better. While mostly inspiring, felt draggy in parts. The climax fight could have been more interesting. Made me think when this will end. And Miles Teller. I don't know to say if he fits the role or not (don't get me wrong, not questioning his hard-work and dedication he put in). I think he did a better job in Whiplash. Nevertheless, a good watch. Go for it! Thumbs up!
Bleed for This is a boxing film that gets a little too generic and similar to other better movies. Miles Teller and Aaron Eckhart are fine but they can only elevate the clichéd script so much. This film should've been inspirational and it doesn't quite reach that level.
I didn't know the facts and i'm not a big fan of boxing movies but this started normal but went dark pretty quick. Nice true story, inspiring and heartwarming.

He bled harder in Whiplash
