It has been a long time since I watched the first Wolfcop, but I remember liking it.
This one... I get that it is supposed to be like a cheesy '80s movie, and it succeeds there; however, there is no plot here.
A rich douchebag made a beer that grows aliens in people. Wolfcop fights an evil hockey team. The end.
Really? It that all the movie is offering? Okay, the scene where Kat changes into a she-wolf and bangs Lou was pretty funny. Aside from that, I only laughed at the "why aren't you wearing pants" line.
The movie just felt rushed or like they ran out of money. Perhaps if I rewatched the first one I'd have a different opinion, but I doubt it would be enough to change my rating.

Once again, an amazing concept is kind of wasted on a production that's a little tryhard. It sucks, because I was REALLY excited for both these movies, and they do have their moments, but ultimately it just lacks the silly Grindhouse fun that it strives for. Some really great moments in it though, like the transformation sequences and the moonrock cocaine that controls said transformations.
