Oh man, the writer/director has a big brain. Confronting issues in the Unites States' justice system and police departments with suspenseful and mysteriousness cinematography, while we learn as the police do linking all the clues together. Only wish that there was more from the writer/director.

Donald Sutherland was excellent, the movie is entertaining and suspenseful. Overall was well done and I enjoyed it.
