While not nearly as bad as I thought, this is still a standard found footage fare with basically most of the tropes you've come to expect. It's not very scary and has some logical flaws, but I really dig the story. It feels more intricate compared to most FF, which basically just some random supernatural occurrences caught on camera out of nowhere, and the slenderman mythos is good enough to make this film entertaining.
