The story is nothing if not predictable, we've seen this movie a thousand times, losers become winner through hard work, training and resolving internal conflicts and the heroine gets the guy at the end. It's still decently enough played and told to make it watchable, if forgettable. Ruby rose is, I regret to say, a bit under employed there. All in all not a bad movie, but this will not win any prize.

The film probably didn't cost the makers a dime, considering the product placements. And as always, when it comes to women succeeding in a male-dominated environment, the female protagonists are not quite in their right minds. Why is that?
