I really enjoyed the fourth episode. My only minor critique is that the writers chose to portray the Czech Republic as bordering Russia, whereas, in reality, it does not. Poland would have been the more logical choice. However, I understand this is a TV show; not everything has to be 100% accurate. Regardless, a little more attention to detail goes a long way, but it’s not a big deal in the grand scheme.

This season has seen the series’ tightest writing to date, which is an encouraging sign for the show’s future.

Season 3 of Jack Ryan is looking a lot like a season of 24 to me.

Common creators, have some guts and get on with it

So, Jack's in Budapest, doing everything to get an armsdealer (trading the needed nuclear material for the Sokol device) to contact him. And Greer's showing is miraculous investigative skills and just has to look at one picture in the surveillance material at the football stadium to know that Kovac's security chief's involved... and another to implicate her father as well. Okay. Of course, everyone else's just stupid.

Huh, seems like Petr Kovac was quite lucky to have survived getting shot.

Ryan: "Do I look like the police."

They really messed with Levan Zubkov... xD And his name reminds me of Lev Zubov from The Peripheral which makes it even funnier (Lev being completely chill while Levan immediately gets paranoid/mad).

It isn't looking that good for President Alena Kovac.
