1x02 New Day

Yeah... this show is just... not good.
I really wish HBO could go back to focusing on quality over quantity.
I'm out.

My favorite character so far is the younger brother cause all he does is mind his business, eat nachos by the pool and watch whales. That’s a good life.

The only thing I find insufferable is the rich dude complaining about his room. Other than that, I'm really digging this show.

This episode is such a rotating, entertaining roster of sublime cringe dramedy moments (and ends on a lovely grace note too). That scene between Connie Britton and Alexandra Daddario! And I think more than the mystery, what I'm going to look forwards to weekly now is seeing what nightmarish delights the two teen girls are going to serve up next.

Oddly captivating, The White Lotus is like a car crash you can't stop staring at. It's not outright entertaining, but something about it is intriguing and gripping on a level I can't fully explain. Looking forward to see where they go with this, every characters backstory is fairly deep and fleshed out considering it's told exclusively through dramedy snippets.

Other than the two annoying teens I am liking the stories

I have no clue what‘s going on and all the characters are weird af. But that‘s also the reason why it‘s so enjoyable. Still there‘s room for improvement which I hope will come over the course of the season.

Maybe I had higher expectations for all the good reviews but the first episode was a little meh and this second one didn’t get better. Interesting enough to keep watching (since it’s only 4 more episodes), but not so captivating

Honestly, this make awkward scenes in a perfect way, and the acting's pretty good for the nuanced characters. Specially love the acting of 'white boy', 'hack journalist' and 'old lady'.

Am I the only one who finds this show insanely boring?

The only way I can describe these characters: weird. I can't even get myself to binge the show because I can't take more than an hour of them at a time ¯_(ツ)_/¯
