it is funny that in Diversity time, and in Diversity channel like Disney, the Diversity only applies to English and Japanese speaking. as far as i Know, Portuguese dosent sound like English in any point. i really like the show but it bothers me a lot to see all languages represented and then Portuguese (would be the 3rd major language in the show) is unexisting. really takes me out of the show
Very slow start but captivatingly told. There's great level of detail to give it as much authenticity as possible. Although, the budget isn't GoT level high and there's a lot of green screen at play here (yet with decent quality). But it's an engaging story that unfolds in these two opening episodes.
However, it's a show that is best watched 2 or 3 episodes at a time. Drawing it out on a weekly basis will undoubtedly lose viewers on a show that is quite dense with intricate relationships, personal agendas and history. Making this probably a show that will fly under most viewers radar besides the fact that this is mainly with Japanese audio and high quality English subtitles (which I personally love that way).
In Portuguese it's senhor, not señor (Spanish). Not sure what happened with the English subtitles to make this error. The show runners did their homework, portraying the time and place accurately, they have Portuguese actors in the cast, they shouldn't have made such a basic error.
2 Episodes in, this series has me HOOKED, bring on next week

Amazing. My expectations were already high, and this didn't disappoint.
The only thing is... Please let us binge this instead of these weekly effing episodes. So backwards...but okay,still an awesome show (Until now at least).

its very annoying to see that if you dont look directly at the center, everything is absolutely blurry/distorted...
the european and japanese geopolitics are a bit dense that i have to work to keep up with it all but dang this is really shaping up nicely, big GoT s1 feels

Just wow. I wasn't quite sure about the show after the first episode but after this one I'm hooked.
Outstanding television, and I have every reason to believe they will keep this level of writing and production values in the next episodes, which is very exciting!
Great episode, cam only get better from here. Very well shot and oozing with suspense.

As someone who speaks Portuguese (BR), it's sucks that they speak english as if was portuguese, but other than that, great beginning.
