well, on a downside it's another musical episode, on a bright side, I can just forward through all singing and for quick watch

Has Cole Sprouse been taking singing lessons? I know I'm in the minority, but I don't mind the musical episodes of Riverdale. I usually don't mind musical episodes of any show if it makes sense, there's talent, and the songs fit. Riverdale doesn't always fill all those needs, but I mean, it's Riverdale. Nothing ever really makes sense.
Well.. skipped my way through the episode. I simply can’t take all the singing anymore. IT IS TOO MUCH. So glad there’s only one more ep to get through this season :rolling_eyes:

everyone who hates riverdale musical episodes fails to realize that they are so much fun and also a serve. as a former riverdale hater and someone who has been on trakt for 7 years and never left a comment on this site before in my life know that i mean every single word of this.
Dude I kinda don’t understand Veronica, I mean she fought so hard to have that life with Archie and was the one who even suggested moving in together and then suddenly she just doesn’t want it anymore?:sob: did she literally WANT to move back to riverdale after visiting it again? And now it seems like she wants to go back to New York or whatever. Kinda doesn’t make sense
The musical episodes continue to get worse. This was fucking awful. These songs are terrible. They teased doing Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in the previous episode, but then foist this garbage on us instead.
Archie and Veronica move in together, and then when he doesn't give her enough attention within the span of like two fucking days, she throws a tantrum and calls it quits. Fucking hell. It's barely been any time! You didn't even give it a legitimate shot. You literally just got a divorce! Cool your jets. And as for looking all wistful when Reggie was talking about his Wall Street aspirations... you already made that mistake. As I said, you literally just finalized the divorce from someone like that. Don't make the same mistake again, idiot.
Every character has had stupid shit going on at one point or another in this show, but I don't think any character has been as consistently stupid as Veronica. I really fucking hate her character. There's nothing redeeming about her.
It's still weird that the former teens have all started calling the adults by their first names. Yes, I get they're 'adults' themselves now, but these adults we're talking about have been in their lives since they were children. You don't just immediately start calling people much older than you by their first names the moment you hit your 20s. Especially not your friends' parents. That's weird! Like when Archie said "I feel bad for Betty and Alice," that's so awkward sounding. You'd say "Betty and her mom" instead.
Why would Britta attend Polly's funeral? There was absolutely no connection between the two of them. I get that she's "with" Cheryl now, but she is more than old enough to be left on her own for a few hours.

I’m just waiting for the day they realize how horrible their musical episodes are. This season was so all over the place, and it was almost as bad as season 3. I always say that Riverdale should’ve been over after season 2 but unfortunately they continue to drag it on.
Best episode of the season because it’s only 10 minutes long (once you skip all the fucking garbage singing nonsense).

So far, this week alone has seen 3 different musical episodes. The 1st was the Simpsons. Ⅱ was great north. And now Riverdale. I'm hoping that this TV season is not going to have any more musical episodes
