It seems like I was partially correct about who was responsible for Esme's death. The previous episode, I suggested that Sandra could've been involved/the woman Bet saw with a man that entered the place Esme was at when she was killed, and she was in Alfred's vision. That has to mean that she was involved. As for who the man is who killed her, I totally forgot about him, but it would make sense that it's him.
Also, IMDb has this episode named, Cilla Black. Not Cilla Back. I'm not sure which one is correct.
