I did like there was a bit of discussion through the episode about the death penalty issue. I'm surprised how heavily McCoy and Schiff advocated for the death penalty. I think this episode was more against the death penalty than for it. I like when one of those judges pointed out the flaws in the jury system. And it shows the flaws in the jurors when they sentenced that guy to death. Even Schiff at the end there looked like he kind of regretted it, and it was McCoy who advocated the most for the death penalty through the episode.
I liked when they were first talking about it, i was kind of sub-consciously expecting that they wouldn't be for the death penalty and they were just talking about it. And then the music kicks in when McCoy starts advocating for it. Kincaid was kind of nice through the episode being against the death penalty.
