Why would they want to be in that frat? I'm sure there are other frats they could join... I don't think Ezra should get off on the gun/attempted murder charge so easily. Yes, he was shooting at a lowlife, but it's still attempted murder. Doesn't matter who it is. Not to mention it could've endangered anyone else on that sidewalk at the time.
Having now seen him in a number of these episodes - Adam Beach (Chester Lake) is not a good actor, IMO. Something about his voice and his demeanor makes it feel like he's just reciting the lines, rather than acting them. I don't quite know how to explain it.
