Even less convinced of the premise this episode.
I truly am just not seeing the connection between a gossip profile on Instagram making kids at this school so scared of bring targeted that they are nice to teachers and participate in class.
Are they so scared of gossip that they're abandoning anything that could be incriminating and focusing on their studies instead? I just don't understand the logic.

Besides that, it's fun, over the top teen drama and we're starting to get a more in-depth look at the other characters.

This show takes itself too seriously!
It’s too long and tedious, and Zoya and Julien’s conflict isn’t that interesting.
Also that Obi guy looks like he is a 37 year old teacher going through it, not like a 16 year old student, and I don’t agree with Zoya dating him, like that’s your sister’s ex, and they broke up yesterday, have some courtesy? Sis before d:asterisk_symbol:ck? And obviously Obi is trash and doesn’t deserve any of them

I think this is it for me. I just can't stand the teachers, they are like cartoons. The subplot with the lives of the students is somewhat entertaining, although I don't understand why we are not seeing anything of Julien's assistances, don't they have lives and problems? Even though I am not watching anymore, I think I recognize the show for not copying Gossip Girl but for trying to create something different.

Apart from the teachers, who are the ones that I find interesting, the other actors seem to be doing Instagram poses all the time, their characters don't interest me. Even Gossip girl Acapulco is much better, I do not continue

slightly better than ep. 1 but only because of the scenes between Wolfe, Audrey and Aki, The rest was slow and uninteresting.

A nice continuation from the first episode. Zoya and Julien’s relationship is definitely going to be as wishy-washy as Serena’s and Blair’s, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing (though it will be tedious to watch).

Keller annoys me to no end—much like she does for everyone else commenting—but it’s not enough to make me stop watching the show. Additionally: sure it’s super stylized, but I think that’s more a function of it being an HBO show than anything else. Also, I think everything is supposed to be Instagram-ready (including the actors themselves!) because Gossip Girl is reporting via Instagram…hello?

The drama is just as juicy as the og, which is why I am really vibing with it so far. Although I see a romance between Zoya’s dad and Keller on the horizon, which I would rather not happen. But it makes for good television so it probably will :/

Enjoyed it more than the first episode.

The shaved head is creepy though. They didn't even go into why she did it (pandemic haircut?) When Britney did it.... Yea, yea.

The teachers description of Gossip Girls voice was spot on.
