The weakest season so far but still fun to watch if you like Formula 1.
I agree with what people are saying. Season 1-4 was amazing and actually what turned me onto the sport. But season 5 seems like they got lazy and just were bored.
Skip this one… not even good for a overview of the season… better watch highlights on YouTube…
Improvement over season 4 which was so awful I wasn't able to finish, but far too much embellishment in some areas that doesn't look to have really changed unfortunately so this will probably be my last.
From the top of my head Checo's seat being threatened overlaying Australia and Imola where he finished both races 2nd as part of the narrative for underperformance - and depicting him as the perfect family man leading up to Monaco was especially tickling that it had to be intentional shade.
The constant revisiting of Zhou's crash and a total lack of coverage for Kevin's pole were big disappointments. As a result the only value DTS provides is when showing behind the scenes and the drivers/principals bantering - the overall narratives that are spun for drama should be skipped, especially if you've actually followed the F1 season.
The drama is forced and it's a bit too much. The weakest season and hopefully the last
Episode 03 and 04 are switched. Same goes for 05 and 06.

the first 4 seasons i thought were amazing
Season five is bad
if you didn't watch the 2022 season live, find a big fan account on Youtube and watch a handful of 15 or 30 minute videos about the 2022 season and skip this entirely.
if you did watch the 2022 season live, instead of spending 6h 22m of your time watching this, just close your eyes for 20 seconds and think back on your own memories the 2022 season. that is a more fulfilling use of your day and you'll have another 6h 21m and 40s of time to do other, better things with your life.
