A bit of a slow start to the season, but the first season felt the same, so there's hope that this will be equally good by the end. The previous star of the show, the Duke should have made an appearance, but I reckon the actor is much more expensive now, hence him not returning. It's a pity though.
And we are back! Such a nice show to watch and I don't know if I mentioned it before but the vivid colors in this show make me so happy.

I love the characters of this season much more than the first one (hated Daphne, so bland and annoying), love that we know who is lady Whistledown is and see how she takes notice from her readers. The acting is good, it's so great to see Simone in a much more sparkling role than in Sex Education, she's so beautiful and dignified! And overall, the couple of this season is way better than the leading man and woman of the previous season. I loved Anthony and Benedict already, can't wait to spend more time with them. Love the dresses and the music, looks like it's going to be a fun and more engaging season than the first, that's a nice change, since usually it's the other way around.
Eloise and Penelope can't get more perfect, I love their characters, I love the fashion and visuals, everything about this season is exciting and has been looking even better than the first one!
That whole horse chase scene was atrocious. Obvious green screen, weird face acting, rider inexperience showing through incorrect feet, the horses weren't even cantering let alone galloping, and Anthony's shock at Kate jumping a fence... has he never seen a horse jump before?
