Schaal’s acting makes this episode, you can feel the love and affection she has for Louise after all these years.
I love spiders and Louise so this was an episode I enjoyed. I also liked the burger of the day names as they were sci-fi in nature which was fun!

[7.5/10] Another good installment! The A-story is straightforward, but entertaining The show wasn’t exactly subtle about how Louise saw herself in Phoebe the Spider. They’re both considered a little dangerous, but Louise is anxious about whether that makes her weird. The instance of projection that comes with Luise trying to save Phoebe at all costs, only to be reassured by her parents that her adventurousness and spirit is a good thing, is a simple but quality little story for the youngest and most...bold and daring member of the Belcher daily.
I like the B-story even better. Bob realizing he has no friends besides Teddy and his family is one of those “Oh man, I’m firmly middle-aged now” things. There’s a lot of good humor with him stressing over what to say in a text chain with other dads from the kids' school, and fretting over whether to join them for a drink. Likewise, Teddy freaking out about Bob not counting him as a real friend because he eats at the restaurant is adorable as usual. I also like the resolution. Bob realizing he only wants to hang out with his family is very sweet.
Overall, another good episode with plenty of laughs (Linda’s fart story was a big absurd winner), and nice stories for both Louise and Bob.
