The mom can be annoying. Meemaw though is awesome.
I truly love George Sr so much. I mean, he gets a lot of shit from his own family, but he’s actually a good dad who truly wants the best for his kids. He’s so different from Sheldon, but he’s really tried hard to understand him, and in the end, he just wants his son to succeed in life, even if it’s so different from what George knows or relates to!
Also, his facial expressions are always the best and honestly crack me up like hell

Georgie Jr, Missy, George Sr, Meemaw, Mary then Sheldon.
this constant discussion of sheldon going college is a bit strange. i thought it was dismissed multiple times, the main one being when the principal said sheldon brought up the grade average & therefore brought up the funding, but oh well.

Really enjoyed this season, the only thing that didn't click with me was Sturgis appearance in the video Sheldon made, wasn't he supposed to be still aggravated by Sheldon's accusations and attempting to take credit? Maybe should have been mentioned somewhere. I just hope it'll continue, the family storylines are great, I love George Sr., Missi, Georgie and even pastor Jeff. This spinoff was awesome, I even shared it with my own kind of Meemaw, my 70+ mother-in-law, who never watched TBBT and probably wouldn't get it, but really liked Young Sheldon, so I hope we'll get at least 1-2 season more.
so we're gonna see his life at Caltech in the next season. nice.
