Whoo season 3. I'm excited
Joe seeing Love as a monster and being appalled by her killing people is so absurdly hilarious given that he is basically the same but the difference is that he is able to justify his own actions in his mind.
Joe & Love perfect for each other fr crazy asses
This episode was kinda different, kinda fun, a little boring, I’m excited to see what is actually going to happen though.
I feel like love is gonna suspect joes doing something and kill Natalie and they gonna have to cover it up in a town full of cameras. Or one of them will kill someone on camera and they will have to break into the house to delete the footage off the home security cameras. ……
Ok as I finish writing this love is finding a cardboard box and taking Natalie to the basement……
Ok there’s an axe
What’s in the box
Yep panties that joe casually stole earlier ffs joe
And I was right, I was dead on love killed Natalie because she suspected joe after he’d made the decision to do the “right” thing and not stalk the neighbour
Almost annoyingly predictable ? Kinda a cool ending I guess but I could have guessed it from the season 2 finale.
Wow!!! Crazy ass way to start the first episode. Didn't see that last death scene coming. Started out slow, then got better towards the end. Crazy ass Joe or crazy ass "Love" better find someone or something to obsess over. Lol
So over the course of the show they've all but normalised Joe's behaviour and emphasised Love's crazy instability when really what he does is way worse. What a f**king terrible piece of media. And this is the show people are raving about?
I pray for something more meaningful over the course of this season coz wow.

I'm happy I read the 3rd book of the series before watching this. I can see this goes to a completely different direction, unlike the first 2 seasons, and actually both the book and the series are interesting.
I loved how Joe was disappointed by the fact it was a boy, not a girl, this is something that could be interesting to explore in a book, but I don't think the author did.
Joe simply doesn't know how to "love" (or rather be obsessed with) a boy, he doesn't know how to see this possible relationship through his obvious trauma of being abandoned by his mom.
Although it's a bit of irrational, thinking that the boy will have something passed from him, as if the mom has good sanity to pass on to a perspective girl, haha.
I also loved how Love looked almost like a little girl herself compared to Natalie and other ladies of Madre Linda, but beyond this exterior innocence and quirkiness we have a real female demon. Don't judge a book by its cover, haha.
So happy that this show is back for me to get back into, even though I'm starting it later.
This season is very Dexter.

Every time Joe meets someone new: "are they flirting with me?" At least this time he was right.
