I didn't think I could see a worse final than the Game of Thrones final. I was wrong.
This was better than last years finale. I'm not sure about Donna. Is she dead? Can she really be killed that easily? A little bit dead? Does Raven think she can raise her?
I am getting tired of the groups standard tactic of everybody standing or sitting around while 1 or 2 people go fight.
Deathstroke is not dead, that’s for sure. This season felt weird, it felt like the writers had a lot of storylines going on and not a clear season arc. They probably just wanted to kill Donna Troy off because she died in a stupid way with CONNER KENT by her side. He could’ve saved Dawn! WTF.
So why wasn’t Conner quick enough to catch that instead ? Also why can’t Bruce ever suit up and help ?
Fuck this show.
Seriously. What an absolutely terrible ending.
I am perfectly fine with killing characters. But if you kill someone, MAKE IT EARNED. Don't kill someone by a completely random pole that's falling so slowly that everyone seemed to be out of the way by then anyway.
And that, after wrapping up both of the other plot lines that could have caused casualties (Deathstroke and evil Connor) by huge cop outs and lazy writing.
Oh, also, did they completely forget Dick is an escaped prisoner? Guess they did.
Fuck this show. I'm done.
Worst ending. Deflect lazer beams with some mirror from ground? Really? And Superboy watching while Donna is dying? And Deathstroke paused killing when Rose called him? And they all watched from car while Dick and Slade was fighting? That's really lazy writing, only Bruce's hacking scene and ending dinner saved episode a bit. After credits gave us a hint about next season but it's still lame! 4/10 for max! (++ please don't use CGI if your budget is not enough, like you did with Kory)
Couldn't Dawn ran to the side instead of forward? Couldn't Connor saved Dawn and the girl instead of Donna ? Guess we'll never know
These writers need to stop "subverting expectations" and "making it Game of Thrones". There was no reason for killing off that character in such a way... or any way. Not every show needs to have main character death people... We used to come from a place where none of that happeend, then clever people actually did and it was amazing... Now you can all just stop using it for undeserved tears or shock value cause it's ruining the shows it simply doesn't fit in.
Plenty of other stupid stuff in this episode, besides the fat-suits, though.
Also stop with the fucking drama and pity-parties... Goddammit. Having an unapologetic character who does thing cause he/she thinks they were right would be revolutionary by now.
Not that the script was high quality until now, but this specific episode exposed us to new and improved level of stupidity...

Nice bait and switch on Donna's death. In the comics the Titans ended when Donna was killed fighting a Superman robot. When she went 1 on 1 with Conner it was similar enough to have me expecting the same. To subvert that then have her die afterwards still? Pretty solid move.
Yeah Titans still has a lot of issues and I'm not sure where they're gonna go with the show now they've got such a strong group. I guess Blackfire though!
This is more of a rant than an actual comment on the episode: wassup with the people rating this episode really low just because one character got a really dumb death? The rest of the episode wasn't that bad. Yes, season two is a letdown compared to the first one, but it seems that people have become so obsessed with bashing this show that they can't even judge an episode properly. Not a great season finale, but not a terrible one, either, this show has seen worse (i.e., the previous episode). At least the Titans are all together, finally!... Something which I'm sure won't last long once season three starts. Sigh!
Really dumb ending. Hawk and Dawn should leave the show, they're beyond boring characters. Heck, lose Gar - they don't have the budget for Beast Boy.

This show is being let down so much by really bad writing. A lot of the other stuff (cinematography, acting and so on) is pretty good. They just need to fire all of their writers and hire new ones.
Wow. Well, that was a clusterfuck of a finale. So were the last couple of episodes, what a joke. I'm not expecting much from the third season. I'd imagine it'll be even worse in some ways if not in general.
I expected a lot more from this season.. Im not taking anything away from the actors they did the best they could with the shit they were given to them to work with.

Do you know that AI on twitter that watches a thousand hours of saw films and then attempts to write its own? It's like that AI wrote this season. Made no sense. I hope Hawk and Dove don't come back. Bruce Wayne is the worst version I've seen. Some of the actors are pretty solid but it doesn't show because of the crappy writing and editing. I hope next season focuses more on Gar and Raven and Dick being a good leader. Even Jason Todd has potential. I hope next season has a bigger budget because the cg was terrible. Oh, and that Wonder Girl that died so miraculously at the end, I had no idea who she was in the end and now the story line they set up for her is out the window.

So far I am underwhelmed with the storyline for superboy. He was basically locked up 75% of the season. Maybe by the end of the episode they will make up for it.

wow what an episode , what a finale , Donna did not have to die , I don't mind her sacrifice herself but she did not have to die and die in this kind of death , what the hell with the ending so Starfire sister it's in that women body , am glad Jericho it's back even tho it would of been nice if we got both the sister and him but I guess I will take anyway he is back , this has been another good season even tho I hated dick being in jail storyline and him putting himself in jail , can't wait for next season

Despite it being slow, I like the show. But come on guys.... Of all character exits in TV-shows, Donna's must be one of the worst, most nonsensical ones EVER. Especially considering there were multiple options before it, that would've made so much more sense. Deathstroke, Connor, even Gar.. Any of them killing Donna would've made more sense than this crap..
ANYONE could've evaded the mast, including Dawn, making Donna her sacrifice unnecessary. Conner, who just regained his control and can withstand more than Donna, could've catched it instead - or even jumped in to take over from Donna before the electricity became fatal. Both Conner and Donna could've saved any retard that didn't move with their super speed, instead of catching the mast. And last of all, she is fucking Wonder Girl and had just (for the first time) finally showed on screen how much she can withstand, in her fight with Conner. So how the hell could she not survive this?
And then I haven't even gone into the Deathstroke part of the episode...
Whoever wrote this (and approved it) should be fired and never be allowed to touch a script again, EVER!!! This just basically threw a big bucket of shit, over the whole season (ending).
