6x05 Heart and Soul

They sure squeezed a lot into this episode. Wow. I found Deja’s retort to Randell about being mature for her age to be my personal favorite moment of the otherwise busy episode.

I do appreciate the twists the writers keep throwing our way. Sometimes they’re overt and annoying to the point of false advertising. Then other times, like in the final couple scenes of this episode, the twists are subtle and more palatable.

Best episode of the season. Really showed what makes these relationships stand out from other shows.

Those last three shots at the end. Perfect.

I really wish Kevin wouldn't have to go through so much, man. Like every person he tries to get with always has something with them that makes it not work. He deserves something good in his life that will last.
