Goosebumps everywhere during the Sophie & Kevin scenes, I absolutely love them together and its been so long since they’ve had a conversation about everything and I’m so happy it came natural and not forced

Hands down the best episode all season.

Meeeeeeehhhhhh. I ain’t didn’t feel no magic nope nope with this one nuh huh. Apologies, Kevin fanatics! Dude’s still “vapid,” one-dimensional, and uninteresting as they come.

In my opinion, this is a wholly forgettable episode!

With Miguel next week, I have low expectations. But the wonderful thing about low expectations is that it’s easier to exceed them! Time will tell.

As much as I love Alexandra, that was always going to be kinda bland because Sophie has always been the manic pixie dream girl, so she's not a real character and the whole story (like Rebecca even says) was about when would Kevin be ready - and he is the character I find the hardest to empathize with after so many reiterations of the very same problem.

At least that's covered now, with time to spare, so I'm looking forward to the next episodes and I hope Rebecca gets a great sendoff when that happens. Maybe Jack's ghost will appear and they'll ride off into the sunset?

this was actually good, oh my god. i can't believe they finally got it right with this couple. these final episodes of this is us are being some of the best episodes of the series, much to my surprise.

As much as I never wanted them to end up together. After this episode, I say it's fine. It had to be that way.

Couldn't watch it in one sitting, was really prolonged in my opinion, and referring to women as "balls" was just... stupid, like the man just can't stand being alone.
The reunion with Sophie wasn't believable to me. Also, he doesn't know "the best version" of Sophie (if she's even comprehend it herself), and this happy ending was just rushed, unreal and even cringy at times. Right now I'm just waiting to the end, hoping it'll be decent despite dragging out the season and partly ruining some of the characters.

Maybe Kevin will somehow earn this happy ending in the episodes to follow but it’s the rest of the family and the lady herself that sell this one. Beth’s cameo moments in the endgame have all been pure gold.

Things were going so well with Kevin and Sophie at the beginning of the episode. I really thought they would throw us a curveball and let it all go sideways. Can’t believe the writers tricked me into thinking he could actually end up with the wedding singer! (Even though I absolutely missed seeing Quinn Perkins on my screen and I’ll keep on believing this was an elaborated Scandal crossover).

Saddens me how Rebecca is not able to fully appreciate or get a sense of the woman Sophie is today. But even in the midst of her illness, is still able to provide some meaningful words and show how her prospects for the “future”, perfectly aligns with the grown up version of Kevin today.

I believe the writers owed us, after what went down between Kate and Toby. Maybe Kevin could have settled with Cassidy… Zoe even, but it would not have felt right. And while the end is near (with all the pain and grief ahead of us), I’ll hold on to these moments of joy as much I can.
