It was kinda obvious the gays had other intentions with Tanya, I was thinking they are after her money, but the last scene I could never imagine, never

  • Things are getting messy as hell. Every single minute of this episode was packed with chaos. I can't believe there's only 2 episodes left!
  • "Is that the Queen of Sicily?"
  • Tanya asking Portia if she had any nice clothes and when Portia said that she did her reply, "Are you sure?"
  • Lucia is scamming Albie, she can tell that he is attracted to 'broken' women and is setting up a scheme so he can 'save' her.
  • Daphne 'accidentally' showing Harper the picture of her children was so well done. Her character is written so well.
  • Harper getting drunk and causing problems on purpose, she was the MVP this episode.
  • The case for Ethan being a porn addict is getting stronger.
  • Valentina is being very inappropriate and manipulative regarding her crush. Definitely a point being made this episode about power dynamics. This is her parallel with Armond from season 1 and I like that one of the cringiest creepers compromising their ethics is a woman this time.

Michael Imperioli and F. Murray Abraham are so ridiculously fantastic in this episode - what two actors at the top of their game can do with a good script, aye?

How did this show get this good out of nowhere? The first 2 episodes were exceptionally uneventful. Hell, it even seems as though they turned the weak link on the show (Stiffler's Mom and her storyline) into a gem. Fantastic writing here.

Oh, this was excruciating, but that's a compliment. White is deft at writing right to the nub of uncomfortable interactions, and even though watching these interactions is inevitably kind of painful, it's worth it because the truths embedded in them are profound.

I'm also glad that the relationship between Tanya and "the gays" has been fleshed out somewhat; I thought the last episode's comment about living a life fully constituted by distraction was meaningful as it hinted at some kind of trauma to distract oneself from, and this episode filled in some of the missing dark matter. I know many people think they're going to end up as nefarious figures and maybe that will be the case, and White has certainly been happy to litter the story with potential Chekovian guns, but without these scenes I think that would have been a pretty unimaginative way to end their story. I'm no longer so concerned which way it goes, because the Tom Hollander character now feels more real (even if it turns out that he's lying to Tanya about the actual specifics of his life).

Chaos at its finest. One word. Harper.

I knew they wanted her money. Especially with her pointed comment of finding people who didn’t want it. Because there’s no way her character is likable. Also where is her husband?!? Hasn’t it been 2 days lol or did I miss a “and don’t come back” scene?

I’m glad Valentina got laid. 1 time for the birthday bitch. 2 times for the bitch. 3 times for the birthday bitch. Fuck it up it’s your birthday bitch! Ayyye
