I really don't like the back in time storyline, too long and boring. Thay would have been weird if he had to explain what he was looking for and why...
Despite his mercenary style, Jax is a soldier, not an assassin. It's strange that the queen would ask him that. Also how come he knows so much about her little schemes and secret alliances ? That's weird. He's also a super fighter, how come he got done so quickly ? He even fought better when restrained.
Eretria can just kill a Wraith like that ? She's even more powerful than Wil with his elfstones.
It feels like something's missing there, Cogline is not here anymore, she just forgets about it. And Jax just appears out of the blue ? That's really weird. Did they rush some storyline here ?
Anyway the whole things turns out exactly as expected, so it kinda feels like a whole wasted episode. Wil gets the skull. Bandon was pretty straight forward for a villain. He was right to trust Wil and distrust Allanon. He would even probably have kept his word. But plot requires that Wil does not just give in to the villain and requires something to make him act.Flick is the only reasonnable one here, though he should have been more insisting in stopping Wil in the first place. So they fight, but we've already seen that Bandon was better than Allanon with a sword, so what can Wil do ? So Bandon escapes with the skull and from now on, everything single death caused by Bandon, the Warlock Lord or his army will be on Wil because he was really really stupid and wasted 2 episodes for nothing, instead of having the whole root problem resolved by just doing nothing !
Allanon actually did his job and had the world saved, but no, Wil had to be a little bitch!
The broken sword was the one unexpected thing.
Ander! He was a good guy, and a good king. His marriage with Lyria could have actually been interesting. Why doesn't any soldier protect the king ?? That was a really good death though. Also the whole scene is a pretty good fight. That saves the episode.
WTF NO! SERIOUSLY! the one character I actually liked (okay not really, but still)! And he was protecting the princess, who obviously was very good with a sword as well, and nobody came to freaking safe him! I'm bitter.
Another great episode, I like were this is going. I hope the show can keep this up now, the storyline and pacing in the last two episodes was much better than in episodes 1-4.
Wow. Episode 5 and 6 are actually awesome episodes lol
Last episode...good...this episode RIDICULOUS... hall of fame stupidity. If one can make a list of all poor choices Will could do...he crossed them all...lol. I give this episode a 2
One of my favourite was King Ander
My sweet sweet prince. From the day I saw him... to this day :(
Oh, no. Poor Ander. There was plenty of time to save him! WHy didn't anyone help the King? There's no one left from that family now. Well, except for Amberle, but she lives inside a tree now, so... Who will take the throne now that everyone's dead?
Who was Mareth's mother again?

So you're telling me that after helping saving the world and seeing his girlfriend give her life in the process so that dagda mor would be stopped, Will goes further to get the skull, release the effing servent of the warlock master, when he had everything under fine and final control, jeopardizing all the sacrifice they made, just to save his uncle, which killed him self at the end?
Really?
Nice plot... I was thinking on giving a try to the books, but after that I'm gonna pass.
