I would like to believe this is real but whenever they do a trick of any kind the camera cuts to a different shot at the pivotal moment, eg. When they wax the guys back it would have been so easy to leave the camera rolling on a shot where you see the wax strip applied then removed but it cuts away just before it’s ripped off. Even if they cut away after it was applied but cut to a medium close up that showed the guys head and the strip being removed, that would have sold it much better. When Justin levitates the box he is standing behind it so he can hold it with the hand behind the box while holding his other hand up. All these lame little tricks don't set up the finale very well and the whole show hinges on Justin being a likable guy with a trustworthy face.
If the last guy pranked wasn’t in on it to start with, I’m going to guess that he woke up along the way and they had to get him to pretend.
