I watched the first 5 episodes without knowing that it was a reality show - I thought that it was a scripted show and the contestants were actors that were mocking reality show personalities :joy: I was actually thinking to myself that the acting was great, too  Some parts felt like continuity errors, which reinforced my initial belief (like when someone casually attached a photo in a group chat - at first, they were making the contestants excited to be able to add one extra picture to their profile - but apparently anyone can attach a photo in a chat at any time?)
There were other weird things, like how when contestants met the person who got them eliminated, nobody was annoyed, and if anything they seemed pleased. Sean was the only one who seemed a little annoyed but quickly switched back to being upbeat. Another unusual thing was when people who were only on the show for one or two episodes were acting like they had formed deep bonds with some players (happened multiple times).
Regardless, the show was entertaining - the heartfelt and hilarious moments were great. My biggest problem with the show is that it felt stretched out to the point where it would become tedious to watch. Maybe the other seasons are better.

Came in kinda wanting to hate this show but watch it as a guilty pleasure. Even the introductions from day one made me want to be mean about the contestants. But I can genuinely say that it turned out a positive and fun journey throughout all season 1. Happily surprised and faith in humanity slightly restored.
