I swear if Reddington ends up being Liz's mother because the show was told to get woke or go broke, I'm done with this show. The whole time I was waiting for the reveal that was all I could think about. It would be 8 years down the drain.

i just want it to end :( , it went from a great show to one of those Wednesday night kind of series, or a netflix open and play video games or chat on phone.

One of the lamest reveals to a long time story build up. 8 seasons of waiting, and the episode ends up with more than half of the story being things we already knew from previous episodes with a small twist. And it was obvious that they would not reveal the identity, it's just a trend among most of the mystery & thriller shows. You have to wait to the season end for, till the very end, I'm sure.

What the hell was with that dream state talking to dead people shit? Why couldn't they just have James Spader narrate it and have it fade into the flashback scenes normally? This isn't a sci-fi show...

At the beginning of this season, my brother said that James Spader will end up being Katarina, as a goddamn joke. If it turns out that's actually the real case... fucking lmao.

love the way Redding handles things, not too happy with her tho. But guess she never knew all of what was going on....

This episode just makes me hate Elizabeth even more after what was revealed lmao

Superb story telling. Gotta love it when shit happens but then it all works out for Red.

Townsend better be dead, I’m over his shit.

As for this big so call reveal which didn’t really answer much, it better dont be that Raymond is liz’s mom. That would be stupid and kill the past 8 years

This season is from worst to even worst episode. This was extremely dumb and feels like whole season is setup for next. People are watching on autopilot, because the show had a good start, but this is dumb.

Amazing! The way they chose to tell the story in this one was just perfect. I'm really happy they took the time to explain everything. Leaving hardly anything up for debate expect for of course the ultimate question. Who is Red. I'm positive after this that Katarina is in fact Reddington. A twist I hadn't considered before. I didn't look into any theories so this came as a complete surprise to me but a very plausible one after hearing the plot essentially explained by all of the other characters.
I'm actually a little sad to see Townsend go. He was a good villain.

Tatiana- a nod to Orphan Black

I jokingly said to my wife: "Red is Liz's mother" before they... Haha.... ähm...Not really? WTAF! This is embarrassing beyond any reason. If they really do this, I want my lifetime back that I invested in this BS! Horrible....

Man at this point I just want to know who the hell Reddington is, cause this can’t just built up for him to be a random person her mother chose.

An exposition dump of an episode but still confusing as to who's really who.

This should have been the season finally. Done with this show

And in this episode, the ones who were really in this series, know for sure that Red is in fact Katarina. But they made Liz so dumb that she didn't figure it out in all this years

Okay, this was just strange. How exactly did Liz end up in a Twilight Wonderland version of the past? And how is it that she STILL does not care one iota about people getting killed in front of her - because she neeeeds to knooooow…?
I was hoping Panabaker would be Katarina but this all still points to Red actually being Katarina which is just dumb. Okay, you got burned and needed surgery but… HOW did you grow so much? I am… not loving it.

The episode 20 and 21 are the best episode of this tv show. The story is insane. Until now i try to understand who is Reddington, but nothing. Maybe the mother, maybe the father, maybe ??? . As Townsend said "i don't understand how a stranger can choose to sacrifice and dedicate his own life to become someone else just to protect another person life. Him, he can't! ".
If we remember the first episode of the blacklist, The body of Reddington was burned so we can be sure that he saved Liz in the fire younger but who save her? The mother, The father or another guy who became Reddington after facial and body modification ?
I want a beautiful end for this show, regardless of the identity of Reddington, Liz can choose to decline the throne of the empire. I want another bad guy like  Project "Blacklist Al Capone" to end everything as real gangster, kill everyone, take the throne and maybe leave liz alive....

Interesting if odd way to tell Liz the story of how it all started. (The nachalo. The beginning.)

While it made for a rather interesting reveal presentation, I'm also kinda stuck on wondering what actually happened in that nest; was this whole experience an internal dramatization of her immersive reading, or an actual info-beam into her head, or...

Maybe she was holding the Resurrection Stone the whole time?
