I was at a live Survivor watch party where all but two of the remaining Survivors from this season were there. It's so surreal to watch them watching "their" episode(s). There was hilarious commentary during the commercial breaks and a standing ovation for the vote out at the end. If you live in a bigger city you should be on the look out for these watch parties. They are everything!

Carolyn is everything. Such a unique personality, and she comes across as super authentic and a breath of fresh air for a show where we’ve seen so many personalities. Really, really rooting for her.

I get why Probst & co love these gimmicky advantages, they are flashy and exciting and make for suspense. But at what point do they realize that they are destroying the integrity of the game? With 11 people left in the game, there are only 4 (FOUR) people available to vote for in this tribal council, PLUS an advantage played on top of it. Very unfair for Matt, especially with the added triviality of "oh shoot, you forgot your die at camp, not even Shot in the Dark for you, soooorry". I like this dumb cast, they are very entertaining. But I wish we could get a more old-school gameplay back.

I get that the one who had the advantage for tribal council (Heidi) wanted less enemies with her choice. Carolyn being probably the only one who would be upset by it being Yam Yam. However Heidi obviously didn't count how the votes would go. Yam Yam is not going to vote for himself and Heidi needed his vote for the numbers to work. Idiot!
