Great episode! I'm certainly enjoying this season. I love when they decide to make humans the real threat. Even the BMoL have their own Naomi. Kendrick's Academy looks like Hogwarts and that bitch was Dolores Umbridge.
Poor Mick! At first I didn't like him but now that he was standing up for himself and developing a sense of what's right I certainly saw the potential in him. His backstory was so sad. For God's sake why are these BMoL so cruel and evil? Screw the code! They are no better than the monsters? That kill order to Mick is unethical, even for them. I'm mad about it. He should've stayed longer. Mick's an adorable little fucker. He got me last episode but he won me over today. Death by monologue never gets old. I literally gasped.
A piece of advice Mr Ketch: quit your job. Eliminating the Winchesters, man, it ain't gonna happen. Alistair, Lucifer, the horsemen, Abaddon, the Levithans, they all failed what makes you think you can? Mr Ketch, you're headed to a bullet to the head.
British Naomi: "Ketch, kill the Winchesters"
Me: "Alright, Mr Ketch won't survive this season. That's cool".
So Crowley is just stupid now? Too much pride and arrogance leads you to a great fall. Yeah, Lucifer's doing what he's told, nothing suspicious. He should be smart enough to know that he just wants utter destruction, not to rule Hell and now that Lucifer's protective warding is gone, Crowley's in trouble.
Mr Ketch and Mary together: excuse me while I go barf. It just gives me the heebie jeebies. So revolting and gross. And Mr Ketch is just a walking, talking bad decision. I could hear that "ewww" from the fandom. Negan should bring Lucille to pay a visit.
Oh Dean, my sleeping beauty. I didn't think there would be someone who could outdrink Dean and at the end Mick was like "Got any vodka?" and Dean was so wasted.
Why did they kill Mick Davis when I started to love him? :(
I was so sad to see Mick go this early and I really wish he’d join the Winchesters on a few more hunts. He was a quite likable character. And about Ketch. I was starting to like the dude a bit, but this episode really ruined that. I dislike his ‘relationship’ with Mary even though it’s more because of the way Mary acts? I don’t think Mary should have come back… I feel like she’s a unnecessary character and I liked her better as a memory. Mary’s character is understandable but to me just a bit annoying. Back on topic. I felt like Ketch was starting to change a bit but he hasn’t really. (I feel like it is coming soon tho.) ketch is just a little bit too ‘slick’? And the way he shot Mick without hesitation is also understandable, but I wished for more backstory between the two. Maybe even refusal to killing Mick.
Don’t come at me it’s just my opinion. <3
aw i was starting to like mick :(
Isn't Mark Pellegrino the best Lucifer ever!!!
How come the angels didn't know, that giving birth to a nephilim is fatal, or is Dagon bluffing?
Seems they recycled the free will vs angel code and not all monsters are bad trope in this season.
MARK PELLEGRINO! MY MAN!!!
This episode was AMAZING. I absolutely LOVE having Mark back in the show playing Lucifer. The way he did all that winky nod-nod to Crowley's demon audience while still fooling Crowley into believing he has the power was epic! Pellegrino is truly a master of his craft.
I can't wait to watch this all blow up in Crowley's face. How can he honestly think he could control Lucifer? The arrogance, lol.
At the same time, I'm a little sad Davies is gone? I mean, shame on him for working with the Men of Letters but also.. he was just starting to make real progress toward changing and becoming a better person. He was finally standing up for what was right instead of just following orders.
I was hoping to get a more satisfying change of sides before we had to say goodbye to him. An inside job to take down the organization would have been a great finale!
Not sure I like this whole men of letters storyline this season
The last two episodes sucked!

One of my favourite parts was Lucifer "submitting" to Crowley while warning the rest of the demons that they wiontbe harmed if they pledge loyalty to him. Seriously, Mark Pellegrino is a treasure to this world. Only Lucifer can be a boss while being bossed. He's the only one who can be intimidating while being chained.
Sam and his British accent was something I didn't realize I needed until now. It was hilarious. Eileen is such a pure soul. That hug was so sweet. Please writers, don't write her off. She's amazing and I love her. Her "no one cares", lol. She's us.
And everyone gets in the bunker. They should change the locks. Btw, I couldn't laugh any harder when Mr Ketch said "typey, typey".
I'm so exited right now. I can't wait to see Mr Ketch dying bloody at the hands of Dean and his grenade launcher.
