This episode is much drama and internal conflict.

Here's a blunt (spoiler) summary:

Sisko's mother doesn't approve of his fiancé and tries disuade him from marrying her. He is conflicted but ultimately does whatever the fuck he wants anyway. Good on him.

Dax and Worf still love each other and hook up, later realising that the romantic feelings are only residual. Julian is truly undeserving but still manages to hold Ezri's interest.

I can only repeat my comments from last episode. This episode isn't very different from the previous episode. It's a continuation. As a standalone episode it's pretty unremarkable (sadly including a very unremarkable wedding) but since it's clearly part of a longer story arc with a slowly culminating plot, this is a solid 7/10.
