This one started out well. Patrick Stewart is hilarious (and having him voice a character from Gargoyles is a fun inside reference given how many actors from TNG appeared on that show). The Gargoyles sketch seemed like it had an obvious conclusion, but they just kept going and going with it until it became funny again. Plus the "Four Lights" sketch with Stewart reprising Picard was a treat as well.
But having never watched the Paw Patrol, that one didn't do much for me, but reeked of the usual Robot Chicken "Take a children's show and put it in an adult situation." The Dr. Manhattan bit didn't have much juice. And while I was excited about the Animaniacs parody, it went on forever and wasn't that funny. Some funny bits overall, but not the best batting average.
