7x17 Chapter One Hundred Thirty-Four: A Different Kind of Cat

• This is the fourth to last episode of the entire series, and we're wasting time with watching 1955 Betty learn how to masturbate. Where did this show go so wrong?
• Why would Cheryl be walking around with her lewd photographs at school?
• Oh, boy, Archie, that poem about Mrs. Grundy was cringe as hell. Maybe they are going to do a sexual angle again after all...
• That apple bite looked fucking painful, lol.
• Sooo in this timeline, Josie is supposed to be older than them? Because she mentioned "her time in high school," and also her career would be impossible to have at the level she does if she were still a teenager.
• Ok so Josie harped really hard about this movie being important and pivotal and everything relied on it. Got it. But why the fuck would you premiere it in Riverdale if that was the case? Riverdale is a nothing small town!! None of this makes any goddamn sense!
• If the movie reel being repaired was going to only take 5 minutes, you didn't need to scramble to keep people engaged. It's 5 damn minutes. Tell them to wait. It's not that big of a deal.
• "How quickly can you get a band together?" "Well, Fangs is here..." Yeah that's not how that works. Just because Fangs is a musician doesn't mean he travels around with a band ready to perform at a moment's notice. Lmao

I'm guessing a large portion of this episode, the Josie parts and Jughead creating Sabrina parts, were a meta commentary of the show creators being salty that their other shows didn't take off and weren't more successful. (The modern reboot of Sabrina and the Josie show that they had a backdoor pilot for but it never got picked up.) This episode was pretty dumb.
