2x10 Chapter Twenty-Three: The Blackboard Jungle

This was probably the stupidest episode yet.

• Why the hell would an FBI agent entrust a teenager with finding all this information, without any help whatsoever? On the flip side, why the hell is Archie just taking this random guy's word at face value?
• Why are all the Serpents (besides Jughead) excited to be forced to transfer schools? No one would be.
• Nothing about the school closure makes any fucking sense. "There was no meth, just jingle-jangle." Ok, that's still a drug.
• Why wouldn't a school already have rules in place for banning gang colors/uniforms/etc? Those kinds of rules are completely normal and standard for a school to have.
• Topaz is normally an orangeish yellow color, or colorless. Not whatever Veronica said.
• Why the hell would Betty think that reconnecting with the child they gave up for adoption at birth would somehow make up for their eldest daughter severing ties? Where the fuck is the logic in that?
• Why the hell would the information about Betty's brother be so readily available? That's not how any of that works.
• Why the hell would the desk clerk just offer up someone's room number without any kind of convincing or bargaining? They just said a name and he gave a room number. That's stupid.
• How convenient that Betty arrived just as her brother was being attacked. But it made no sense. Why was he being attacked? Why in the hallway, and not inside his room? Why would the attacker just stab him in the arm? That's not a very efficient way to attack someone. Why would the brother agree to go to Betty's house? Why would he not demand to be taken to the hospital?! None of this makes a lick of fucking sense!
• Why would the Blossoms still have one of Jason's blazers? Their manor burned to the ground. For that matter, in the previous episode, Cheryl asked where Jason's Christmas stocking was, and they just acted like it was lost instead of the actual answer which would be it burned up in the fire. At this point, I am convinced that the writers forgot the Blossom manor was supposed to have burned down.
• "So we can be Serpents during school hours." Clubs don't meet during school hours. They meet after school. But I guess in this world where school is just a place to hang out and classes only happen once in a blue moon, maybe they do meet during the day.

Even after listing all of that, I don't think I touched upon everything. What a goddamn mess this show is. It's so dumb! In an entertaining way, admittedly.
