This kind of writing is why I like this show so much:
I do not understand why humans celebrate their births. Everyone who is alive has been born. It is not special. A birthday party is just a participation trophy.

Season 2 definately not as good as season 1. I found it quite a chore to watch.
I am not sure why they keep focusing on the female friendships. I do not care about the mayor's wife and Darcy. They add nothing to the show and why are they even in it? I am hoping for more sci-fi to appear and get back to the vibe of season 1.

The writing is getting irksome. Mayor Ben has to go… so does his wife and yes, also Sahar. S2 is losing focus and coherence but most of all, too much stupid stuff that just makes you roll your eyes… esp with the characters mentioned above. Time to trim the cast and tighten the writing…
I cracked up during the argument at the point when Harry all of a sudden blurts out, "Congratulations!" lol Priceless timing.
