This was one of the best OITNB episodes I've seen in a long-long time. Hopes up, that the rest of the final season make it right too!

Gonna disagree with the positive comments. It was a weak premiere.

I mean I kinda wanted the first episode to show the aftermath of Barbara and Carol's death.. How it affected both blocks and the power structure.. And how Frieda and Red reacted to that

I mean they may show this in the next episodes but I kinda felt disappointed that they just skipped over all of that drama and went back to normal prison life

Poor Taystee. She's no different from Piper except she didn't have the privilege otherwise she'd be out too.

Um...how did Piper get a job so fast? No way!

This show is the most accurate portrayal I've seen of institutionlized life, except it by rule of keeping things interesting ignores the large monotony aspect.

This new prison is super harsh and I miss their old summer camp prison. At the same time, I'm glad this show blatantly displays the wrongs that happen every day to desperate people in bad situations that do not necessarily build of their own accord.

Piper's dad and Piper was sad. Where did Piper get new nice clothes from; did they keep her old stuff?

I can see bits of myself in Daya (from early seasons, not gangster Daya) and Piper. Maybe giraffe glasses girl and Taystee too.

Mixed feelings about Piper and wife Alex (giraffe) lying to each other. But this show just always knows how to keep things interesting dramatically with enough lightness/humor somehow magically attached (perhaps at the necessary cost of some other aspects) so there's that in its favor.

Should of canceled the show after season 2. This season sucks and appears to be mostly propaganda instead of entertaining.
