They couldn’t have ended this show any better! This is one series finale I’m not sad about. I’ll miss the gang, but they went out on top.

Well, that was a great, emotional cap-off, specific to these lovable weirdos as only the show can do. Goodbye, New Girl.
A weaker finale than last season's tbh. I know they had to cram a lot into this final season but I can't say any of it was new season worthy? I have enjoyed the journey with these characters but as is so common in American TV shows they do love to make everyone follow the same recipe don't they. Marriage plus kids equals happiness? And jesus Winston has a right brood! Poor Aly!
So sad for this show to end but it ended on a high note... I will miss laughing because all of these weirdos. I kinda miss it already.
This was a great show ! I didn't know it was the ending season and even less the series finale while watching. But it feels very like a series finale ... and it was a very good one.
I am so sad to see this show go. This last episode proved once again how hilarious it is. One of the only shows that got me laughing out loud throughout the episodes.

The episode started rather meh but it kept getting better and better, eventually culminating in two New Girl classics: "True American" and Winston's infamous unbalanced pranks!
I didn't realise it was the series finale until I read the comments around here (though it did feel like a series finale while watching it). It was a solid goodbye, a lovely ending to 7 years of a quirky friendship (between us and them) that will get a tear in our eyes every now and then, years from now.
This last season was a great wrap up to the story of, New Girl
This was perfect. The scene with all the kids in the future was toooo sweet. While season 7 is probably my least favorite season, this was a great ending for the show.
While the last few seasons have felt empty and forced - this was a very good finale. Great to see True American again.
Good series finale that wrapped up the storyline quite well. This season was definitely rushed but it provided everything that the fans wanted to see and I think it‘s great that the creators were able to end the show on their own terms.
I will really miss these people. May rewatch this one day.
